Delivery Policy

All available products are delivered within 5 working days for Greece.

Cyprus deliveries are made within 10 working days.

 

Payment Policy

You can choose one of the following payment methods:

 

Cash on delivery upon receipt of the products

You pay the price of your order to the courier service employee and are charged an additional €2 for cash on delivery costs. Valid only for shipments within Greece.

 

Deposit to an account

If you wish, you can pay for your order by depositing at any bank branch or via e-banking. The deposit can be made within 3 working days of the order. If the payment is not completed within this period, the order is cancelled.  

 

Στην περίπτωση αυτή είναι απαραίτητο να αναγράφεται το όνομά σας και ο αριθμός της παραγγελίας σας στην αιτιολογία, διαφορετικά δε θα είναι δυνατή η αποστολή της παραγγελίας σας. Εφόσον υπάρχουν έξοδα συναλλαγής, βαρύνουν τον εντολέα.

 

Credit Card

By choosing the payment method by credit card, you are taken to the Bank's page and from there you complete your transaction

You can pay for your order by credit card, debit card, prepaid card issued by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners of all banks

 

It is noted that shipping costs are €3 to 2 kg per shipment. For orders above this weight, the shipping costs are determined by the pricing system of our partner transport company.
